• Making the incision: Most often, the incision is made under the breast (inframammary), around the areola (periareolar) or in the armpit (axillary).

• Implant placement: The implant is placed in the desired position (subglandular, subpectoral or dual-plane).
• Closure of the incisions: The incisions are closed in layers, using aesthetic sutures that leave a minimal scar.
